Tea

Trips to Paris have yielded a customer favourite, the silky and flowery Thé au Tibet, from my good friend Timothy at Postcard Teas.

Jing Tea

BLACK

  • Darjeeling, well composed, harmonious
  • Assam, rich, pungent and comforting
  • Earl Gray, bright, citrus, bergamot flavoured
  • Organic Bohea Lapsang, serene, smoky
  • Rose Bud Gong Fu, china black with whole rose buds
  • Ceylon, refreshing
  • Keemun Mao Feng, weet, toasty and honeyed with an underlying orchid essence
  • Spicy Chai, spicy flavour and sweet aroma

WHITE

  • Organic Silver Needle, light, delicate
  • White Peony and Rose, exquisitely infused with rose

GREEN

  • Organic Mao Jian, rounded and fresh
  • Organic Dragon Well, warm and sweet-edged
  • Jasmine Pearls, soothing and deeply jasmine scented

OOLONG

  • Dark Red Cloak, dark-roasted and nutty
  • Rou Guyi Oolong, stimulating and refreshing
  • Phoenix Honey Orchid, light-bodied with peach and citrus scents

FLOWERING

  • Flowering Osmanthus, warm, peachy green tea

  • Blackcurrant and Hibiscus, vivid and lively
